Buying Stove Singapore

30 percent discount on all books

Ex Libris corrected listing - booksellers remain firm

The Booksellers and Publishers Association sued against Ex Libris SBVV because of a misleading advertisement. Ex Libris has corrected the listing, the SBVV complains further - the frustration runs deep.

stumbling block: The Ex-Libris listing.

Ex Libris praises on large advertisements 30 percent discount on all books - and can enable small booksellers fear for their existence. So it was a godsend for the booksellers association, as the Ex Libris on Friday on the listing the new book by Franz Hohler applied with incorrect pricing. The SBVV sued for "breach of Prices."
"systematic deception"

Ex Libris gave the error immediately, in the advert in the Sunday press, he was also corrected. Nevertheless, the action draws the SBVV back. "The suspicion remains that it is not an error, but that Ex Libris deliberately misleading customers," says Dani Landolf, SBVV managing director.

Ex Libris deceiving not only customers, but trying to "systematically destroy the diversity in the book trade." LANDOLF seems a desperate struggle. Did he think because of winning the trial of Ex Libris? "Yes, the we will win," he says decisively. And: "Anyone who promotes false is punished. Point. "The fact that he can slow the action Ex Libris, he does not believe. But: "We want to send a signal."
